Sacred Contracts

Come learn what Sacred Contracts are, what they mean to you, and how they affect you and the people in your life. More important, come learn how to rewrite Sacred Contracts to bring change/healing/clarity/calm into your life and relationships. I will take you through the process step by step. We will be completing at least one contract while in class. Please email me via the Contact Me page if you would like to attend.

Please let me know if you have been through one or more of my classes and would like to start a bit early to run energy with me. If I have enough interest in this I will be more than happy to set this up.

Date and time: March 20th  10:00am to 2:00pm. Cost: $65.00


Practice Sessions

 I'm setting up new dates and times for practice sessions (see below). I've had requests for Practice Sessions to help those that have attended class navigate life using the tools you've learned, and to practice with others of like mind and language. Please note that these sessions are designed for those that have been to one of my classes or seminars and/or those who have at least a basic understanding of reading and running energy. Please email me via the Contact Me page if you would like to attend. Advance sign up is necessary. I hope you can join us.

Dates and times: Wednesday evenings 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Cost: $10.00 per session. Practice sessions will be two hours in length due to how busy we all are with daily life. I ask that everyone attending be seated and ready to start at 6:00pm, if you cannot stay the full two hours please let me know in advance of starting the session.


HTA Discussion Group Look Who's Talking!

I hope to see you at one of the upcoming monthly discussion groups I am promoting. Discussion Groups have a loose agenda that addresses the use of energy in our lives, and the energies that comes through people in our lives. We will look at how energy plays out, what it looks like for each of us, and through discussion get new ideas and insights from one another. Occasionally, I will bring in guest speakers who will present alternative health and healing methods from which we can all gain knowledge and understanding.

Upcoming Dates and times: Jan 23, 2011 10:00am to 2:00pm
Discussion group meets on the third Sunday of every month, with a few exceptions for holidays, etc. The finish time is approximate, you can leave whenever you need. I ask that everyone is on time at the start to become a cohesive part of the group. The group meets in Snohomish, WA. Directions will be given upon sign up.

Please email me via the Contact Me page to sign up. I ask that you do sign up in advance so I can be prepared with plenty of tea, coffee, food and enough seats for everyone attending. At this time there is no cost, however when I bring in a guest speaker there may be a fee. A small donation would be appreciated at all other sessions to cover tea, coffee and delightful things to munch on while we chat.
