Scheduling & Attendance
(Four part class)
Attendance
- You may attend any individual class. However, you must attend class one to attend classes two, three, or four.
- If you sign up for all four classes as a package you must attend on corresponding dates in a single session. You cannot skip class dates unless authorized beforehand.
- If you do miss a class, you have the option to schedule a private session to make up the class, (at an extra cost to you). You may also attend the corresponding class of the next four part session. (If you miss class number two you can attend class number two of the next session at an additional cost)
Cost & Payments
- Four part class: $310.00
- Pay for one class at a time: $85.00
- All fees are due 7 business days prior to start of class.
- Must be a minimum of 4 people per class, if minimum is not met you will moved to the next session.
Refunds
- If a minimum of 4 people has not been met to fill a class session and the new scheduled class dates do not fit you schedule you may request a full refund.
- There will be no other refunds of any kind, however if you have an emergency you may be allowed to come to the next set of classes. This is solely based on an individual level.
- If you have paid for a four part class you must attend all classes in that session. You cannot come to the first two and then the fourth. You must attend in succession. If you miss a class, you may be able to attend in the next session, however that is subject to approval. If you miss a class and are not OK’d to continue in the next set of classes there is no refund for the missed classes.
